R.L. Jalappa Hospital & Research Centre sits in Kolar, in rural Karnataka, and has been an embodiment of medical education and research, community health care for the rural population, and blood bank services. The hospital has always focused on reaching the unreached to provide holistic health care.

A dedicated team of doctors, nurses, paramedical and support staff work to achieve the greatest possible patient satisfaction. The hospital offers safe and cost-effective clinical care end to end — medical, surgical and diagnostic — and is committed to acute-phase care and highly specialised, comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment for critically ill patients.

My indebted gratitude to the late Sri R.L. Jalappa and the team of trustees, the moving spirit behind these achievements and a beacon of hope to the community.
