What the job actually is
JFII is a health innovation hub inside a working teaching hospital. Roles here sit between the clinic and the startup: running incubation cohorts, moving research and intellectual property towards licences and products, and connecting founders with the clinicians, laboratories and industry partners on the SDUAHER campus at Tamaka, Kolar. The problems are real, the users are down the corridor, and the work is judged by what reaches a patient.
