Event

CBee L.I.V.E. — Learn. Impact. Visualise. Execute.

A one-day capacity-building workshop on the soft skills medical education tends to leave out — communication, leadership, negotiation and critical thinking.

CBee L.I.V.E. was curated for medical students on the premise that communication, leadership, negotiation and critical thinking matter as much as clinical expertise, and are underrepresented in traditional medical training. It was run by the Medical Students Association of India with the Institution’s Innovation Council and the Research and Innovation Cell.

The day opened with icebreakers, then moved through interactive sessions on effective communication, leadership development, gamification in learning, critical thinking, strategic planning, public speaking and negotiation. Participants worked through simulations, small-group discussions, team tasks and reflective exercises rather than lectures, and left with post-workshop reading.

The workshop was filed as the third event report of IDEATHON’25, and aligned to SDG 4 on quality education.

Event reports

The first report carried a table of the participants — their names, email addresses and courses of study. That table has been removed from the published copy to protect their personal data; the full record is held by the Foundation. Nothing else in the report was changed.
